we’ve never stayed at a hotel so roomy and with a full kitchen/washer dryer

spa tube was great and love how peaceful going out the back door and seeing the water and ducks

clean and comfortable. nice pool and the balcony was a nice surprise.

(+)cold quickly and the dishwasher is not connected to the floor and there needs to be more than one kitchen towel, otherwise, great (-)kitchen staff needs to use different microwave beside one in dinging room (+) we stayed in the queen deluxe room had the kitchenette and a small balcony that was definitely a (-) the kitchen was clean , but poorly furnished with no (-) the kitchen staff was filling up the cereal dispensers with ungloved hands, and the juice dispenser was (-)the kitchen/dining area was very cramped and extremely hot (-)kitchen/food and cleanness (-) kitchen was very small and didn't look like it (-) utensils were missing from the kitchenette

was no breakfast, the bed was comfortable - we asked for room service and did not get it on our 2nd

spa tub was huge

the 2nd day in staying at hotel room service came in and cleaned the room and the room smelled so much better

breakfast selection small, gym equipment poor quality.

liked the space and the fact that we had a kitchen and jacuzzi tub

our room was spotless and well equipped with kitchen supplies

everything was amazing! the only thing i would suggest would be oven mitts in the kitchen.

the kitchen have everything i need to make my family a meal.

we stayed in a family suite. 2 bedroom, 2 bath and full kitchen for a great price.

love the connivence of the kitchen, love the jet tub.

the wifi was spotty could be improved and the tv remote in our room didn t work.

i love that they are pet friendly and they have a dog park

also hannah at the bar downstairs then also upstairs was awesome

picky suggestions would be to add a light in the kitchenette area and more breakfast choices such as whole fruit, oatmeal, and bagels

didn’t use the kitchenette but it was equipped with all the necessities (even mini dish soap

bed was super comfy and pillows loved the shower and breakfast was nice, kitchen was clean

loved the offered combination of a room with a couch, a mini kitchen, a free full breakfast and a balcony overlooking a rushing creek

the need more lighting around the kitchenette and in bathroom area.

place to stay the breakfast was good we went out back and watched the ducks swim in the river and pool was nice

lol and that it did not contain a oven but the kitchen had everything else

nothing really except some of the plugs in the kitchen didn't work but we made do.

that you had to walk outside for the pool. it was kind of chilli for that.

maintenance man was in a incident w spouse and kept screaming/arguing on phone when kids were

beds not comfortable. the sheets made me itchy and my kids killed a bug.
