pool was very cold the whole week we were there !!!! toilets in room are so low its stupid.

i was disappointed about the pool, not being open.

no indoor pool

it was kids friendly and the free breakfast was good too

commission (needing some sort of service) at the time of my stay which was a disappointment to my kids

room was available to us at 1:00 pm, for early check in, as we requested

the breakfast was typical but really good

i love the room we booked with mini kitchen and that is one of the reasons we always book home2 suites

the room is big and spacious and it has a kitchen (no stove, though)

contains a fully equipped kitchen ; great seating area ; comfortable clean bed;

microwave and mini kitchen

the in room kitchen is fully stocked with just about anything you need to never leave the hotel

room was quite spacious with kitchen facilities

it's got a mini kitchen if you want to cook your meal

room was cleaned 5 star great bathroom and nice kitchen

7:30 pm, we waited from 4 pm, refrigerator/ freezer is not working, cockroaches all over the kitchen in cabinet in coffee maker, not happy not worthy of staying in that

and i think they should have paper towel in the kitchen

the kitchen didn’t even have the bare minimum to cook with

was clean and had what we needed such as kitchen, etc. the grounds were beautiful .

the spa faucet needs checking because it was going all over the tub

breakfast ended before we could get some.
