i had known that there was no cooking implements for the kitchenette (and perhaps that is tribal knowledge for those who stay at extended stay hotels a lot)

no amenities, not enough towels, no shampoo or kitchen supplies, microwave so small couldn’t fit coffee cup in it to heat

(i have pictures) kitchenette had grease all over stove hood, hard vinyl floors had old food/spills on them

the parking was a little tight for our room on the end of the building.

one level, stores within walking distance, big mini fridge, laundry facilities and vending machines

we got to use their laundry for our clothes, for which we paid the usual amount.

my room was right next door to the housekeeping laundry room and someone was doing laundry at 11pm til midnight

my laundry, bag & basket, & cart disappeared i was chastised by the maintenance man that i was not

i didn't think the laundry room would come in handy but it did

i didn't like the light pole in the middle of the parking lot.

bentonville springhill is in a great location with a nice breakfast and easy access to all the city has to offer

nice, clean, quiet, friendly, close to everything, and the breakfast was great!

the breakfast would have been great had there been someone keeping up with stocking and adding more
