by great staff, all very friendly and allowed an early check in with a room upgrade

we were located next to the kitchen, so the extractor fan could be heard 24hrs

so i had to suggest she call the kitchen

breakfast was basic at best and more like an industrial kitchen

the doors to the iron and kitchenette need to be serviced

usual check in around 3pm arrived at 12pm but early check in was available through booking

jamaican local breakfast from the kitchen was always good

their wasn’t any soap in the kitchenette dispenser and no soap in bathroom

the location, the security guards, house keeping and kitchen staff.

we loved the 24hr gym with secure access, the outdoor pool area, breakfast, and the furniture throughout the property was both comfortable and tasteful

the restaurant at the bar had good offers

loved the building, the staffs was amazing, even though we didn't get to use the pool due to maintainance working there but our overall stay was amazing

the accessibility of the wifi. the pool area was awesome with the entertainment center.

the wifi for the tv was not working alot of times could not watch tv in the rooms.
