was very uncomfortable, the sink plug would not let the water out, the hot tub was broken, the pool was ok

felt a bit outdated, the family member i was was upset at the pool being closed, which wasn't mentioned when i booked

the hottub was out of order, the pool was too cold, and there wasn t a hot breakfast.

they didnt inform that pool was unavailable before i booked and paid for it and now they refuse to refund me and lied

that the pool was a option even tho we didn't have time to use it
