com reservation did not come through so the front desk personnel upgraded us to a room with a kitchenette and a jacuzzi tub at no extra charge

the room we were on was right next to kitchen and offices so it was very loud!

the room was nice and big. nice kitchen, dining area.

the front desk lady was very professional and even let me use the kitchen cart when no carts were available
