the pool was refreshing and clean loved our stay would definitely book again

the room was great, but we really enjoyed the wine bar in the lobby

the pool, hot tub, restaurant and bar were all closed due to covid-19.

this included the bar tender, the café staff and especially the gentleman who checked us in

breakfast isn't free but the breakfast bar area off the lobby is very pleasant and the service and food were good

we didn t have a stocked mini bar in our room.

i was traveling to an event and requested an early check in to get ready

she also allowed us a late check out and and advised us where we would be able find the food we desired

only 1 bar of soap was provided for the shower and sink, having separate soap would be

went to the lobby a couple times and also went to the bar to get our two complimentary drinks but each time i went there wasn’t any staff around

also, the website still shows a photo of the bar beverages in their original bottles, however, beverages are now dispensed from generic ones and

have to look into getting the suite with full kitchen for a little bit more

there are small fridges in each room and a shared ice machine, but also a bigger shared kitchen with a microwave if you want to eat in

i missed the availability of kitchenettes or some infrastructure to eat, as the hotel is far removed without restaurant

check in went so fast but i lost track of breakfast times, pool time, and they forgot to let me know they would overcharge and then refund

rooms we booked weren t available but the receptionist was very gracious and upgraded us, the bar was closed but the bartender allowed us to sit and served us while he cleaned up

the front counter people we very friendly and helpful. the bar tender was a delight!

room with two comfortable beds, plenty of work space, a kitchen with many utensils, and modern, clean bathroom

i loved that we could bring our dogs and how we had a whole kitchen set up for us

all the furniture and the kitchen appliances had no discernable wear

i loved the kitchen in my room and the welcome message on the television

i could use kitchen it’s health code so not their fault just my preference maybe an outside lil kitchen grill
