no trash can in kitchen

kitchen had everything we wanted except for paper towels

cabin had a fully equipped kitchen, great bedrooms and a great big bathroom , with a bath

room ended up being a very comfortable rv trailer with full amenities, including small kitchen with refrig, stove, oven and dishes and small dining table

excellent location, plenty of room, full kitchen

had a spa tub, bad part was it kept setting off the fire alarm

in the spa tub did not work

also had ev charger

the rooms were a lot bigger than the online pictures suggested, and the attached private spa bath was a huge plus

was nice, and had a screened in spa to the open air

the location in ashland did not have one bedroom suite with kitchen/diner area like most new holiday inn ihg

breakfast was great, the room was spacious and the staff was super courteous

my son loved the pool and hot tub and the location right off i5 made it very convenient for us

breakfast meal was adequate; on par with other hotels.

problems signing into non-secure wifi

room service didn't make the bed, they only emptied trash and swapped out towels

friendly helpful staff with a clean room and good location. the wifi was very good

drove up to the room, had a kitchen and the best shower of our 2 1/2 month journey

excellent location. good room with perfect kitchen setup. will stay here again next year.

we had the kitchenette

good sized kitchen with cooking pans, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, full stove and oven

room was spacious, and the kitchenette in our room had everything a person could need

parking was minimal for my truck and trailer

only downside was no coffee maker in the room and small breakfast bar.

i needed a late check out time and they accommodated me with a good attitude

was great but advertised lake and mountain view was disappointing, only from standing out in parking lot and way off in distance

the parking lot was also grounds for the dog to do his thing as sometimes it was dark and i wasn't

a little more light in the kitchen area would be nice.

the kitchen is right above the rooms so all you hear is very loud noise from the kitchen staff until

there was a small kitchenette if you needed one.

13 was very noisy, it was below kitchen and you heard every footstep

the person in the kitchen does not know how to cook

also, the hot tub and pool area seemed clean and well maintained

we always stay there when we are in the area and enjoy the pool/spa area and the view of upper klamath lake

room service by appointment only seems like a way to lessen the experience and to save the company

gym/fitness center - need to fix treadmill

room service, even though there is a restaurant in the hotel

also, we did not have any bowls in our kitchenette
