thought it was odd that we paid extra to have a kitchenette

we had a king suite with a mini kitchen which made you feel like home

kitchen in room was nice except the dishwasher didn't work.

although there wasn't a hot tub, the pool was nice and warm.

i love the convenience of the shuttles provided and the location was perfect with restaurants and stores nearby

sauna and hot tub were closed and someone had made a disastrous poo in the mens bathroom in the pool area

the blue color of the pool was fun, kids had a great time swimming.

the rooms facing in toward the indoor pool only get diffused natural light, so if you want sun, make sure you request an outside room

room was excellent and loved having a pool side room.

we loved the room service and they took us and pick us up from the mayo

we were unable to arrange wake up calls or shuttle service thru the phone system & front desk wasn’t successful either

did not like that the hotel bar and restaurant seemed to be surprised that there was a sold out concert next door so started

they also have a private shuttle to mayo

no breakfast cause covid 19 but its ok

even though the breakfast could not be out due to covid, a breakfast was provided

the separation of hotel room & living room/kitchen, plus the extra sink in the bedroom, this is the ideal set up for someone to stay while

it had a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, bathroom and then an individual bedroom

but they had a broad array of choices ( we had brought our own which was convenient to fix in the kitchenette)

and clean rooms, enjoyed the separate living room kitchen from the bedroom, and the comfy chair and couch in living room
