a small kitchen would have been nice too so we could wash cups etc but we had to do this in bathroom

the so called upgrade had no terrace,was on the main road and the kitchen was poorly equipped

think the lack of a kitchen is a big negative

the owners were kind enough to leave some breakfast items and the kitchen is really well

very comfortable enormous bed, small but well-planned kitchen, good wet room with shower

room with a comfy bed, and i liked the ability to come and go as i pleased, with a well-stocked kitchen so that i could make food and drinks at any time, not just breakfast

we used the huge shared kitchen and then sat outside to enjoy the last of the day's sun

well ,fellow guests were pleasant and friendly, facilities were great ie lounge ,dining room ,kitchen were all very accommodating,, well kept garden and out seating were a bonus

a really good feature is is fully equipped kitchen allowing you to cook for yourself and save considerably on eating out

there's stuff to do close by that there's a fully worker kitchen with washer dryer the staff was very helpful we was left alone to do our own

out of prison then just don't stay here not at all as advertised shared bath and a shared full kitchen

mini kitchen area with nespresso machine and pods so we could have a proper coffee in the morning

the kitchen area is well equipped, although don t make the same mistake that i did and be aware that

bed was huge & super comfortable, the headboard was massive, nothing had been forgotten in the kitchen & to top it all off, we even had a jacuzzi bath :-) if there was anything i had to complain

room was kept very clean during my 13 night stay and the kitchen facilities made a big difference

very comfortable bed, great bathroom, fluffy dressing gowns and slippers, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, large smart tv with access to internet streaming services

wifi signal in our room was very poor

hotel had a comfortable old world feel, and we did receive room service and clean towels for a 2 night stay

we tried room service but they said they couldn't do it

the point of having 24hr room service if you re cannot get a drink or something to eat after

w), so i d recommend using a faster one nearby if needed

glasses looked visibly dirty we couldn t believe that they expected people to drink from them kitchen facilities insufficient, all tables and kitchen equipment is sticky and unkempt it s a

clean and modern room - loved the kitchen area in room

we were told we could use the full kitchen facilites and enjoy any snacks there

was also welcomed to get more milk from kitchen and water, snacks is needed

it says good breakfast but help your self in the kitchen

wifi wasn t very good

lots of parking just outside room

the only downside was the free wifi was intermittent.

i loved the spa treatments, and the black truffle pasta was so tasty!

the bar and the restaurant also worth a try

our third night put us in one of the apartments with a full kitchen, two bedrooms and a tv/sitting room (on the top floor); much more space than what we needed (*)it was shocking the staff were understandable and helpful then the message came through from the kitchen they'd ran out of the ingredients needed for the burrito blso made do with what they had (*) the large bathroom was a bonus and the kitchen was well stocked

the bar area downstairs was clean and the food was nice

overnight for a concert at the barbican, only a short walk away

fabulous breakfast and wonderful bar lite bite

staff friendly, nice little gym and lovely location next to the

more selection in the gym and extra cost for parking not included in rate.

i would of liked a balcony and requested on booking also requested early check in as we arrived at 11

i arrived early for early check in so that i could decorate the room a little bit

necessary, i think some compensation above a free taxi should be offered, maybe an offer of free late check out, or a small discount on the actual hotel fee, as stated i understand the situation

was no wardrobe in our room and the wifi coverage is bad, but we have packing cubes and a good data plan so we didn't care

differently from most hostels, this one has a dedicated social area and kitchen/laundry for each room, with tv and board games as well
