friendly staff and good parking

no phone in room. hot water wasn't hot and unable to find parking when we returned from concert

pool was closed spa tub could of been cleaner

came to cool off an to swim an there pool wasn't open should've been note on the website didn't give me the room i ask

parking was to far from our room

staff was very helpful and accommodating. spa tub very relaxing and allowed me to reset.

like that the room was kinda like the picture the hot tub/spa tub was nothing like the picture and the area the hotel is in was not up to part as it showed

basic hotel accommodations, but it does have a full kitchen, which is excellent.

the full kitchen is great for a hotel room, especially an extended stay..

bad sounding isolation. you can hear original talk in the next room. small swimming pool.

they did not care that i had kids and needed a room

found a kids toy under a chair and the bathroom ceiling had some moisture issues

also, the indoor pool can be updated, the metal stairs in the deep entry are rusting and loose

get comfortable and there were a couple of very large centipedes crawling around in the kitchenette oh and no plugins available to charge phones no hair dryer luckily my fiance brought

not the cleanest laundry facilities were needing update in system so down other than that it was

our tv didn't even work and we stayed for 4 days !! laundry room full of roaches

price played was different, she gave me a room that already had someone in it and it didnt have a kitchen

first got there i was unloading food and dishes and the drawers literally fell apart in the kitchen there was no light bulb in the overhead fan

now and there are a few rooms which don’t have really good lighting at the door and near the kitchen area

liked the size of the area and the mini kitchen

like to have the kitchenette as i like to cook my own meals and just heat them up at the hotel

every morning in breakfast area the same staff person was very unfriendly,rude .

us out just for my 12 and 10 year old fixing there own food and coffee while we we're eating breakfast i don't recommend this hotel to anyone with children they will get your money and throw

road noise a bit loud; breakfast was sparse - i wouldn't call it a hot buffet
