breakfast perfectly adequate

there was a nice variety of items, fresh coffee, and juice for the kids

we used the laundry again which is economical, only $2 to wash but the tumble drier is not as efficient and

pet fee was not disclosed and was higher than others without any perks

easy walk to nikka yuko japanese garden & big municipal park also golf course

room was good specially the small kitchenette

the kitchenette made the room more spacious

literally booked it because of the kitchenette and wanted more space because we had young children but it was not worth it

enjoyed the kitchenette

the fitness facilities only had 3 pieces of equipment in it

helpful, friendly staff laundry facilitiy

the fact we got a late check out without extra payment made it that much more relaxing

liked that they allowed us early check in & front desk staff was very courteous & worked to solve our

easily able to get a late check out time

pool clean rooms nice atrium

eve to boxing dat and during this time there was no housekeeping service available and the bar & restaurant was closed from 2pm christmas eve until 10am boxing day

pool could be warmer and people shouldn't be allowed to drink beer in the hot tub especially since

pool was clean and the room comfortable

a big space in the sitting room with the kitchenette, tv, and dining table

we arrived after a long sporting day, the kitchen had just closed, but a kind young man asked the chef to stay and make meals for my daughter

room was clean and kitchen was stocked and also clean

the kitchen were not well equipped and the fridges were way too small

the server at breakfast was fantastic, and worked with the kitchen to make sure i had a breakfast i could eat

breakfast was nice

laundry room appreciated but only one very small washer and

great value to have pool, slide, and breakfast included. great friendly staff.
