the front desk to the pool , everything was great

our living room and a kitchen area was very dark. not enough light!!!

our suite had a full kitchen in it, which came in handy with the kids

indoor pool had way to many kids rough housing and running around, the parents had no control over them that they should of

ordered room service - got the breakfast wrong...both times ate dinner at their

we always ask for the 3rd floor cause we don't like kids running around above us

also food needs to be kid friendly whether you eat at the bar and grill or the nice restaurant

the staff are to nice and helpful the areas in the hotel are excellent kitchen,lobby, gym good service and

clean and i have to say the woman that was in the kitchen working was fantastic

fresh and hot, great selections and all type of coffee's and juices, the kitchen was very clean

due to covid they were u able to have the pools and kitchen area open or i’m sure that would have been as well

the spa / hot tub was cold.
