unfortunately there is broken tile all over the bathroom and the kitchenette countertops

i was able to cook in the full kitchen

they had roll of quarters available for laundry. the laundry room was clean and working great.

the shuttle to the airport reeked of cigarette smoke and her trunk was full of junk and very dirty

was friendly, airport shuttle is an amazing amenity, rooms were clean

fact that it had a kitchen with all the needed cooking items

the room had everything in it we could possibly need (including the kitchen sink and a dishwasher)

while there was a kitchenette sink, i would have liked bottled water for my coffee/tea maker

the hotel doesn't provide anything for your kitchen, so you'll have to bring your own pots, pans, dish soap, sponge, kitchen towels, utensils

the availability of a smoking room with two beds and a kitchenette is a huge plus

room which was clean and had a mini kitchen complete with full size refrigerator, cook top, microwave,toaster, sink and utensils

my wife and i, cooked most of our meals there at the room and were able to do our laundry there in the room as well

restaurant manager was very rude to his bartender in front of customers

room service was a bit pricey. they also didn't have a place to park my ford f-350 the garage

clean, quiet, perfect location downtown, spacious room, great restaurant downstairs, airport shuttle (from hotel lobby through tsa pre to gate was 25 minutes total at 8am monday) (+) free shuttle to and from airport (+) the free shuttle to the arena was a life-saver (-)see above. there was no valet or apparent shuttle service. (+)the concierge was wonderful. shuttle was a godsend.
