for several reasons: - extremely nice staff, including check in, breakfast, and check out - full kitchen in every room with full-size refrigerator, full- size microwave, all necessities for food

the bed was comfy, the room was spacious, the tv was great, bathroom and kitchen was really nice

size of two rooms was nice as was the kitchen.
