there even was a small kitchen type area tucked away with a mini fridge, microwave, and sink so that was very convenient

the kids enjoyed the warm pool.

the staff was very nice and the room was clean the breakfast was great too

i didn't eat breakfast but i appreciated that a full buffet style breakfast was available

was dated but clean, 24 hour coffee, 24 hour fitness facility and pool access

loved the large pool and hot tub and the beds were really comfortable, staff was kind and helpful

hot tub was out of order & pool room smeeled weird, pool looked like needed a good cleaning

wish they did have kitchen facilities would of saved me a ton of money on food

we had a full kitchen and our own deck which was great

with our baseball team for a tournament and also received passes to chula vista which was a great water park

the pool, location and the hotel was exactly what we needed for

included all-day chula vista water park passes for all days of your stay!!!!

we received 2 passes for chula vista water park but only after i had to ask for them

no breakfast or water park access

love how my family and i have our own little space with upstairs bedroom, kitchen, etc

i loved the villas beautiful view and full kitchen was so convenient

the kitchen sink backed up while running dishwasher

enough chairs in room, dirty blankets on beds, no room service, no breakfast, restaurant was not very good, too expensive for service provided

staff sometimes wasn't polite and were actually rude, especially room service

didn t really know around what time room service comes around and when we did check in we did see stuff that previous guest had left

the bar area only stays open till 10pm on friday & saturday.

in mind if your bringing kids

the only thing that would have made the state better is a larger room lol maybe a two room kitchenette suite someday lol but otherwise it was absolutely

{we were here during off season} the room was very large with a bathroom sink and a kitchen sink that coffee pot set at

it would have been nice if the hotel had some additional accommodations such as utensils or other kitchen items for guests

canoe for the kids, they had a better time here than any indoor water park, they loved

i enjoyed it so much i tried to extend it by a day but my schedule and my kids is scheduled just didn't end up working out

out asap to fix the breaker, when my stove and microwave trip and couldn’t cook food in the kitchen id paid for

the kitchen utensils were not clean

corner suite with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen that accommodated my whole family

not a single towel bar or towel hook anywhere in the room or bathroom

the kids mess with them and tighten them, and they have to be cut off

this would be an ideal place to stay for a longer trip since you have a kitchen in the room

our room was a one bedroom unit with a kitchen area

loved the convenience of having a complete kitchen and the location was very close to the beach

we got a room with a kitchenette so we could cook and hang with our friends

clean and easy to get to the water park spacious rooms i loved the theme rooms on the resort

would of liked a pool in our building and also a vending machine

there were no laundry facilities or hotel staff anywhere to be found

beds were super comfy and the shower was great plus the kitchen was big

we thought the pool area would be bigger & have a hot tub.

wasn't quite all set up (eggs missing and sausage was sitting in a pool of water) but the waffles were

cabin was perfect, so clean, enough room and fully stocked kitchen for us to cook

along with living room and kitchen

did like having a full kitchen, that is a nice feature

nicer than a hotel room. more of a home feeling. full kitchen is nice
