simple, but was good, close to markets, good air conditioner, good tv and pool

the room has everything you need! there is a small pool
was oddly included for only one bed in our double room, and last year when we had two beds by the pool, no breakfast was offered
unfortunately if attending anarchapulco there is very little chance of using the tiny pool which is only open 10-9 if i remember rightly

the food at the restaurant was delicious and then there s a bar near the top of the complex to view the sunsets in acapulco bay
the sunset bar was fabulous
the views are amazing. the staff was exceptional. the sunset bar is a must.
the private pool is amazing

the pool was very dirty and dusty but it is the fault of the building maintenance and not the person

son muchas escaleras, no atendieron una fuga de agua que solicitamos y tardo mucho el room service
and my kids ordered room service and got sick with their food other than that the location is ok it’s
were able to accommodate my early check in

swimming pool it's very nice and the hotel it's close to the ocean
and even though our balcony only overlooked the pool it was a really nice view
spacious room , good pool , but took 3 days to get the tv tuned , clean convienient location
pool doesnt feel too clean (the one in ground floor)

the pool was nice & clean and there was a restaurant beside but i did not try out the food
they let us stay in the pool after checking out
close to the beach, secure parking
i had to wait every time to access parking
the parking lot seems okay, but one drives a bit further and omg awful

the pool was out of use which is fine but maybe don't expect to get full price for it the hotel
we were 2 people and the room was comfortable with all the amenities. nice swimming pool!
nice pool area, fast check in/out

place has a lot of rooms near the pool with little balconies—they look charming
