kitchen area was useful

there were no forks in the kitchen!

it is shared accomidation with common kitchen with untensils left in the sink for a wash

shower and toilet rooms are untidy as well as the kitchen

decent sixed rooms and beds, very clean bathrooms which was lovely to see and a kitchenet which was a nice size and centre of the house which was nice

spacious rooms. swimming pool. gym. friendly pub. near alton towers. great value for money.

after an exceptionally good breakfast i needed the loo before we travelled home

think it should be a lot more cleaner and have a washer machine in there and more cleaner in kitchen and more up to date

highlight of each visit is meeting up with the really excellent sharon on reception, breakfast, kitchen and entertainment departments

pleased with everything just feel like the kitchen could be better equipped with things like sharp knives for
