room was more than expected with two spaces for beds and a kitchenette.

but is fixed up cute has a little kitchenette

apartment was quite outdated and could of done with some extra kitchenware

2 double beds and 2 single beds, plus a kitchen area & a small dining table

also unfortunately did not get to go to the pool but the pictures made it look amazing

location was good, we used the complimentary shuttle to attend the concert we were in town for

room was clean and comfortable, the pool was amazing

the staff were very friendly and helpful. food from the restaurant was great. pool is amazing

one thing we were looking forward to was having a shuttle to shop downtown because the days and hours are restricted

fact that housekeeping knocked and i explained my dad was up sick most of the night and i have 2 kids to pack up and that i was working on getting out of the room

having 2 small kids it's easier to do carry out/delivery for food and to feel like we couldn't order anything off

wish the room would have had a mini fridge and the bar would have had a larger late night room service menu

'continental breakfast' was located at a different location which was a bar that smelled like stale cigarettes and old alcohol

no breakfast but muffins are out in the morning

wifi was fine

the coffee and tea bar was very welcome in the cold

they advertised room service but when so called not available, they said i could call in order, i tried for an hour

decor, comfortable bed, off-site parking and having laundry right there was a huge bonus

love the sapphire lounge, the breakfast was great. the room small but sleek and well appointed!

was loud through the night including at 2am when the bar downstairs emptied it's recycling right outside our door which seemed to have no sound barrier

staff is great bar next to hotel good times and gate that closes at night for security

my kids loved the pool

i don't think the pool was heated. choose not to use the pool, but did use the spa.

enjoyed time on the outdoor terrace and salt water pool and hot tub

peacock bar was really cool

out to chef louie for making sure the kitchen stocks gluten free options and the whole staff for making it easy for someone with celiac

and friendly, and they provided to-go breakfast bags for those of us who had flights before their kitchen opened at 6 am

here's the clincher: i overheard a staff member saying the hot water wasn't working in the kitchen and they hadn't been able to properly wash the dishes

there was some trouble in the kitchen but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate!!

the breakfast is delicious and is one of the best in town and the kitchen staff always seem very friendly and never slack

our room was a double queen bed room and had kitchen even a dishwasher

we had a kitchenette that was well stocked with a big refrigerator

from a package but it would have been a big surprise to find better in a place with no real kitchen

were pleasantly surprised to find we had a spacious bed and a full kitchen

the pool and gym were closed but that wasn't the hotels fault.

for a short stay, a bit strange there's no plates/utensils to use in kitchen

also that they included a kitchenette and full size fridge and freezer

the only thing missing was no equipment in the kitchenette, not even drinking glasses

it was wonderful to have the kitchenette and the price is a great deal.
