liked the big room for gym. like bar on lobby and roof, good coffee.

we weren't able to get a hold of room service late at night (the front desk attendant took a restroom break) but the officer on (+) room service was outstanding as well (+) room service food was the best i've had anywhere and i've stayed all over at the best hotels (-)on our second full day there was no room service even though we were gone all day. (+)clean, quiet, comfortable bed, staff was friendly, room service was great. (-) ordered room service, over an hour later called asking for a delivery time (-)insufficient cleaning and room service

the decor choices are excellent, parking is easy, and the breakfast is delicious

the back patio is lovely for gathering a d dining and love having a bar & a real cooked breakfast

the kitchen and the cleanliness

seemed clean except for dirty dishes left in dishwasher in kitchenette

location was great. lots of space in the room and good kitchen facilities

there was some food crumbs on the floor of the kitchenette

we had biscuits each day but with no gravy which normally you see, then one morning kitchen staff was slightly tempered when asked about more eggs (had to wait a good time for)

probably time to upgrade the kitchen ventilation system

breakfast selection was excellent, food was hot, and kitchen staff (bree) went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed

woken up at 6 am by the strong smell of bacon from the breakfast and kitchen area downstairs'could not sleep afterwards'

we also made use of the gym, which offered everything needed for a solid, basic workout

hair on box spring under headboard, tub didn’t drain well, stains on top cover, gym was out of service, vent in bathroom didn’t work
