long time to get to use ,i did ask them where it was apparently a large order had gone into the kitchen before ours

bedroom over the kitchen was way too hot in the morning, very uncomfortable.

loved the space in the winsford suite,, the space of a kitchen, living room and bedrooms was excellent

that had left a mess with a banana absolutely shocking behaviour he ended up dragging it into the kitchen to wipe down the young girl beside him didn t know what to say thankfully the mum and

a steak on the menu so i chose lasagne which was cold in the centre and had to be returned to the kitchen, stodgey with no hint of garlic or herbs

clean and the kitchen and bar staff were amazing with the kids

a lamp would have been nice in the kitchen/living room as i had to bring one from the bedroom

generous size rooms and fully furnished with everything you could need especially in the kitchen

everything was fantastic! good sized rooms, big kitchen and comfortable sitting room!

they treated us to drinks at the bar for our anniversary and we had a lovely card in the room

excellent location, fab spacious room, loved that the bar was 24hours plus breakfast was lovely.

the location was great, very central. staff were super and very helpful. nice bar too.

to be able to book into our room until 2pm, we were in and unpacked by 10:45am (and at the bar by 11am)

unique rooms plus they have a mini kitchen so you can eat in if you want.

needed a proper fridge/freezer in the kitchen and some more utensils

lovely room with additional kitchenette and steam spa

bed was comfy and had everything we needed in the kitchen

nothing really apart from no plug in the kitchen sink

the kitchen has washing up liquid and two dishwasher tabs for the two nights we were there

the kitchen was functional, as was the bathroom and the shower was great, with plenty of hot water

apartment set up was great for our family of 5 - surprisingly spacious and great to have a small kitchen space as well

the children loved having their own bedroom and it was really handy to have a small kitchen to prepare a picnic for our outing to chester zoo

we arrived, we noticed an open bag of crisps in the kitchen units, a box of bread sticks from the last person that started plus the kitchen bin was not

there were 2 bedrooms as well as a double sofa bed in the main lounge/kitchen area

i ended up going to mcdonald's even though i fancied something from the hotel kitchen
