i had to change rooms to get the kitchenette that i booked

for a room with kitchenette,,didnt have a stove top like said,,just a whole for it,,cubboards drawers were so

they gave us a room with no fridge or microwave when i paid for a kitchenette the rooms where dirty and poop was still in the toilet it was infested with roaches

i paid for kitchenette didn't get it.

i chose this location because of the outside pool and there was no water in the pool

hot and cold water handle in shower was backward in shower and the whirl pool tub had spots

3 i asked were there any possibility i can check in early i just drive 5 hours and me and my kids need to change and leave back out
