the lounge area was pleasant but the kitchen facilities very limited, the reason for booking included the fact that there was a

facility, all renovated and modern, very big bathroom and bedroom, great size of livingroom and kitchenete

to pay to use the tennis courts , pool was dirty, rooms weren t cleaned often as suggested , limited stock of groceries, no heating

big swimming pool, great view, quiet location, lots of mountain trips esily accessible.

we were disappointed for not having the swimming pool

expected to use the gym (i like to practice every day), but it was not availabe: a group of bike riders had reserved

items such as eggs on breakfast buffet were cold

there were some food items on the bar menu that wasn't available.

the rooms were spacious, elegant, and very quiet, making them ideal for unwinding

a better gym; social areas could be more confortable and relaxing

the indoor hot tub and outdoor pool, and all of the staff were so very friendly and helpful

olinda and beatrice were on hand to provide an excellent breakfast with happy smiles and attentive service

each room has a bar fridge, & guests have access to a large jacuzzi and of course the lovely pool

hotel is immaculately clean from top to bottom, the staff are warm, friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is fantastic

there was an indoor and outdoor kitchen, where you could cook your own food or dine at the restaurant / bar on the main site

place is beautiful, the host was very nice, and there is a fully equipped kitchen and a very cosy living room for the guests

we cooked dinner in the outdoor kitchen which was really great

the breakfast was delivered to the shared kitchen and there was plenty of selection

armando and américo showed us around the property and made us feel right at home, gave us great breakfast and good tips on the surroundings

the breakfast is perfect, taken in a basket to your house so you can have it whenever you want
