front desk, maid, kitchen staff, even the maintenance guys (met them in the hallway)were helpful, polite and friendly

there for the pool and hot tub

customer service was great. kids loved the pool.

free internet, breakfast and parking, couldn't ask for more

the bath room is very old and also the kitchen,

smoking allowed on the outdoor deck i did not find silverware in the kitchenette i could not figure out how to make the kuerig

the room was small but very cute and the kitchen was a nice bonus

supposed to have full kitchen

i booked the family room with a full sized kitchen and fire place
