our 3 room suite was awesome and had a kitchen area, but there were no dishes or silverware in the kitchen

work (was just a large tub), room a/c didn't function properly and didn't keep the room cool, no kitchen utensils in kitchen, no usb charging options facilities: pet area was far from hotel,
