it was easy to find, had accessible parking, hot showers, good food and drinks available, cozy beds and a helpful, pleasant staff

the food was amazing in the bar and also the staff were very very friendly and happy to

the one we booked was three stories, two bedrooms a bathroom and a living room and kitchen

was spot on - the annex is fantastic with lots of space, comfy beds, great shower, excellent kitchen

a self contained apartment with everything you need, spread out over three floors are a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms

we stayed in the annex which was a unique apartment with a kitchen and laundry

hotel has a noise problem coming from the extractors in the kitchen

were placed in a room with the view of the kitchen extractor fan and pipes- very noisy-they said they were full so was offered a free dinner

i saw there is a little kitchenette in the corner of the relaxation area for staff use, so this would not be difficult

tea sandwiches and cake in the patio) i asked if the chef could prepare me anything since the kitchen was open and, after checking, it was also denied

the room description indicated with a view and we had a view of the area behind the kitchen

for golf players, there are lots of equipments to rent in the golf club which is just behind the

restaurant food was nice and liked the added extra of donnington spa water in the room and ice on request

was quick and helpful room size was very big well stocked up bathroom and plenty of towels bar menu for was excellent very good value for money drink prices very reasonable would definitely

no newspapers available, no room service

and i would have liked to have gone for a walk had it not been pouring down on both evenings room service menu not over priced compared to some places

parking, good size room, bathroom small but functional, excellent shower with great pressure, bar on site & great food options within a 3 min walk

was a very large park a very short walk which was great for walking the dog, there was also a bar / restaurant located in the same building which made hunting for somewhere to eat very easy

the cocktail bar below was very noisy on a saturday night

to the river hotel with cocktail bar and good vibing music staff very welcoming and

room was roomy and clean, breakfast was great, something for everyone and the kitchen even made porridge and boiled eggs for my little boy

knowledge of the menu and bar menu was excellent and she even made a point of checking with the kitchen on one minor aspect of the food that we queried

spoons for cereal - whether it's because the difference isn't obvious to everyone, or because the kitchen isn't keeping up

too many people had to wait for more breakfast to come out not enough staff in kitchen one chief also had to pay for water in the

room above the kitchen
