a beautiful pool area, a terrace with a view and a hot tub, a spa, and several places to dine

wifi is slow in the rooms (or at least in our room)

=> we were offered the room 105 in replacement and when we moved in a familly with kids just arrived in the

quiet and beautifull hotel. very nice and relaxing spa area and pool

other rooms around guanajuato but was worth every penny especially when looking for a room with a spa bath

only issue is they claim they have parking sports in front of the hotel reserved for guests (i called in and

stuff (they even took me to the bus station as the guy was on this direction) and awesome breakfast

they offer breakfast up there for an extra fee but it's not expensive at all and worth it

the roof is fantastic, but no breakfast was concluded

will be great if they can include at least the breakfast, they working on that

wifi did not work in my room after the first day and they couldn't resolve it

my wife and sister-in-law could not stop raving about the basement pool and hot tub

need to improve service little bit since they didn t have pool towels and we only had one towel in our room

room was on the third floor and there is a bar and discotheque on the roof above and the music was loud and did

bar is awesome, i don't know why there weren't more people up there at night

unfriendly staff, poor breakfast , no wifi in rooms , largely overpriced

bar across street had music until 3 am and then the people from bar were yelling after bar closed
