you could improve the pool service

and bar were great

the wifi is very good in the suite (and throughout the resort) and ideal for remote working

gourmet breakfast

other facilities like swimming pool and gym are also very good

we had free use of the kitchen when needed and also the washing machine

great to have access to kitchen as needed

i also appreciated the breakfast cooked every morning

a beautiful landscaped garden with a clean swimming pool, sun loungers by the pool, tables for sitting outside

the weather was cloudy and a little cold so i didn't get to use the pool, and the health spa was closed due to

phone in my room never worked, so i could not order room service; the laundry was not picked up, and the

the pool area is small. it was so hot that the building a/c was not cooling the lobby.

kids really enjoyed the swimming pool

but the building, elevators, pool, room services are old and slow

and there were other inconsiderate guests stomping around and talking loud late and early - wifi sometimes worked

guest are allowed to smoke by the pool unfortunately all the odor of the cigarette accumulated in the hallway

the service was excellent and the breakfast was really good

all, the main reason i reserved the master suite is because of the large bath tub and the plunge pool

rosie helped us book tastings, tours and restaurants ahead of arriving and alejandro at the bar was super

the pool was always clean and nice shade cover over top

breakfast was pretty small- kids cereals, fruity, rolls would have loved eggs/pastries.

it s pet friendly and the people owning and working here are very kind and accommodating

the hotel was fully booked so a late check out form our room wasn’t possible

rooms were large and very comfortable with an outdoor sitting area and wonderful spa bathroom

wifi in room 404 was spotty and inconsistent

pool looked lovely although we didn't use it

clean, spacious, had parking and the toilet did not stink.
