i also liked the access to the other resorts and their pools

the professional and very friendly customer service the most from front desk to restaurants to room service to

they gym was well equipped and the spa was nice enough

that they had her information and i mentioned it several times during checking and booking a spa treatment

there was the option of 24 hour room service but it took at least an hour

we literally had a pool in our back yard

room service food wasn't good

the room was dim, tub was stained, walls were thin, towels were rough, food was bare minimum, no room service

breakfast needs to work a little bit better

the main restaurant was good enough, there was usually something the kids liked on offer

was horrible, spa facilities were lacking, food was not gourmet, no beach to walk, overpriced for what it is -

the relaxed environment. the spa treatments. the friendly and inviting staff.
