it is pet friendly, the nearest area for pets is a block away, but not the hotel's fault

breakfast is wonderful, the rooms have such character and the people here are super personable and
the staff is very friendly and helpful, the 24/7 tea and coffee were much appreciated, and the breakfast was
located in the historic district with the accompanying parking situation.
