we used the pool twice and the kids loved it

loved the atmosphere in the room next to the bar very relaxed feel

for me, the wifi is a bit patchy and the tv in telford a pain yo turn on and off

food times / evening food there was no room service after 10pm!

it's a shame the front of the hall has now been ruined by lots of glaring parking signs that are probably

hotel, in lovely little village, and oh so pet friendly

food was unbelievable fantastic breakfast and bar food was superb, the staff were super friendly and very helpful

single member of staff, from reception, bar and restaurant, kitchen and room cleaners could not have been more

size room, room service food quality was excellent, warm and friendly staff at reception and breakfast room

room decor needs updating, the mattress was very hard, could do with a television update, wifi was hard to use

the bar prices are very pricey.

but our room - which was small, not enough room to walk around the bed really - was next to a laundry room and

had no success securing wifi.

no wifi as stated, dirty room covered in cobwebs, spiders, unhoovered too and dirty tea mugs!
