the indoor pool/hot tub floors definitely need to be cleaned

can here every body in both rooms one room baby was cry middle of night the other kids play loud can here them

there is little bored for small kids,because they don t have much activities besides skiing

in the photos it looked like our spa tub was much bigger than it was and there was no balcony in our room

pool perfect for kids - staff most helpful and accommodating

the pool area was clean and my kids went swimming often because the temp was warm

hair dryer , one small bar of soap and shampoo tv was hard to operate felt uncomfortable there won t be

only one tiny bar of generic soap

room was nice and clean, plenty of parking, staff was very nice.

next to the landry room and there was a foreign speaking man sitting on the floor outside the laundry speaking

no breakfast parking lot was full every night

the breakfast was not very gluten/dairy free friendly.

the wifi kept not working, so my daughters shows kept cutting out

nice that there is an on-property bar and food. nicely decorated facility.

noticed hotel had a firepit and gym but didn't have a chance to use as we went there to visit family at jellystone

pleasant lobby and gathering area, nice pool, room bed linens very nice and comfy

there was no restaurant or bar as advertised. there was a starbucks and beer and wine.

the room had a large kitchen/ relaxation portion that was separate per say from the bed itself

someone took my laundry out of the laundry machine and put their own in through mine on the floor i had to

breakfast, location and staff.
