through no fault of your own...due to covid the pool was closed and restaurant.
gym was too small
pool was cold for my liking.
we had one meal that was very good (room service), but the rest were just okay.

desk staff gave us late check out but no other staff knew about it
the pool and hotub area were great. great pool for the grandkids to come over and swim.
we loved that the pool was warm and enjoyable and the staff were super friendly and helpful!

lots of kids...tournament so it was a little loud
kids screaming and running in the halls at night
i wish they would open their laundry room already. it's been out of service for over a month.
