rundown and not clean we used it twice the lack of staff present or facilities of any kind for kids is very

fantastic, friendly staff with a heated pool with view of the lake, decent enough gym - a little small - and

parking was very poor clearly not enough spaces for all guests.

the staff were friendly and helpful! the spa was excellent. the view was top!

breakfast every morning was super entertaining with the new manager hes great craic altogether

for its gluten content, on the day asked again for wheat free and given wheat based food, the kitchen staff need

loved the breakfast and the room was very spacious with 2 kids

also even though it is the only room on the 4th floor it is beside the laundry where the machines are constantly

staff were friendly and helpful. rooms were spacious and very clean. breakfast was very good

the room rate, asked if i could bring my breakfast up to the room,was told i d have to pay for room service

we stayed in a pet friendly room which was lovely however the patio area (although secure from the road) was

the executive room we were under the influence we had a large spa bath in the room as shown in pictures on

lack of residence bar was a big factor in staying again.

light was difficult to turn on/off, there was no blind/curtain for the window above the kitchen sink, the room

the kitchen was huge and we were able to make some of our own food there

breakfast selection,nice gym with excellent swimming pool,sauna,steamroom,jacuzzi,nice clean room

food in bar was excellent, as was service

need better food options for room service at night time.

thought the 10 charge for room service was bit excessive

were under the impression the spa tub was a hot tub but this may be an american vs european misunderstanding

but then she changed her storey saying it was because we had kids which was already known when we booked it

the bar was busy but service was prompt

no late night room service

we also opted in for breakfast which i’m glad we did as it was great value for money and delicious

breakfast was delicious and plentiful

caring staff, lovely room, great food in the bar for dinner and a full and varied breakfast

the bar and restaurant was also well designed and ideal for the hotel, not too big just right

the early check in was a life saver

our room was very hot and couldn t adjust the temperature! the wifi was very slow.
