no towels were in the pool area. the front desk was often left unattended.

room service was difficult to get and was not picked up in the hall all day
the chairs in the bar were too low and hard to get out of. no, i only had one drink:)
my experience here has set the bar too high, i m nervous about where ever else i stay next on this vacation
