enjoyed the hotel bar because you could sit there and relax without having to play/bet the casino games

terrible wifi reception in the bedrooms

like the spa and the private pool area

not enough handicap parking

i experienced some difficulties with accessing the free wifi on both occasions and ultimately had to involve

all the amenities you offered with the kitchen and light and a work desk.

i like having the availability of kitchen space when i travel

wifi is pretty slow on the 3rd floor

the pool and spa were open 24/7 and the heated pool was wonderful

nice breakfast, lots of shops nearby. swimming pool good and excellent parking

breakfast staff, sunday morning, 9/21/25 is not good, unprofessional and rude.

the in room jacuzzi and shuttle to the strip.

all of the above, the complimentary shuttle to the strip was icing on the cake.

clean rooms ..great pool...friendly staff and the shuttle service to strip.

spacious king suite with balcony and well equipped kitchen

we've stayed here about 4 times already because we love the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen fireplace balconies

airy and expansive, open doored space for all, to have your 'cooks' in your group, use a full kitchen to make

guest laundry machines for guests that don't opt for 1bd/2bd suites

the location and room service are wonderful the staff is extremely friendly

free parking, size of room and the kitchenette

i would have liked for the prices to be a little cheaper and for the wifi to actually work

i love the kitchen and laundry

loved the in room conveniences such as a full kitchen, washer and dryer, blender, fireplace and balcony

a kitchen without a spoon does not help much especially for those with kids

cant think of much. would help to have kitchen items to take advantage of the appliances.

having access to the larger aria pools were an added bonus

and make sure they had charged things correctly: a) at check out charged for drinks from the mini bar that we

swimming pool was good. reception staff were very pleasent and polite.

no room service,, no concierge other than a computer which gave packages answers which did not answer

gym & facilities were a bit basic

we were charged for items from bar fridge that were missing the day we checked in

the pool area is also poorly managed there s no complimentary water available and very little shade

the accessible room was very uncomfortable to take a shower with kids

hotel in a prime location, room very comfortable, the casino is great and great

stuff to do than you can image within this entire hotel/casino complex

they allowed us 2 hour late check out free

room service breakfast was served in plastic containers

just make sure you don t touch the frig or mini bar snacks because they are sensor activated

com and was not informed when i placed the reservation- filtered for pet friendly properties- that there is a

limited room service menu selection.

have to pay for shade at the pool, no beds which can be used by guests without an additional fee have an umbrella

the shows and the clubs are edgy and not appropriate for kids

had a nice big arcade for the kids and they were pet

no coffee machine. the gym is small.

the pet spot is far away from the hotel and is smaller than most

loved the eateries inside, the roller coaster, the pool

half of the pool was closed, with kids that was a bummer.

also swimming pools are big and well maintained

thing was it said they had a year round pool so i booked thinking we could still swim in december

90's i love the theme and my pet is aways welcome at a decent

at tail end of checkout and minor road rage at valet parking takes 15min to fill spa tub with hot water spa tub

room service, food quality wasn’t very good, and it was cold by the time it got to the room

the pool area

we were accommodated for early check in.

location was very clean throughout the entire hotel, including casino floor.

the kids loved being in a castle, and the beds and the room were comfortable

we were able to take at pet and the pet area was also clean and convenient.

that it was pet friendly. they made us feel very welcome with our dog

$35 resort fee was a little extreme considering it wasn't warm enough to use the pool

easy access to restaurants, pool, gym, and las vegas strip

complimentary valet parking, 2 great pools, gym, great bars and bar food

excellent pool, clean

only niggle would be is to have a bigger gym / more equipment, but that s a personal request

5 pool bar closed at 5pm just as we got into the spa and went up for a drink no warning and too early

in the kitchen

biggest complaint was the pool & hot tub were under construction & was supposed to be done but nobody was working

the pool is basically only for families and kids

loved being so close to the shops the kids wanted to visit and loved that we could park at other mgm hotels

room service food

in process was quick and the check out excellent, the restaurant was good with nice options, the bar on the roof

the gym

it is located away from the casino by a short walk you don't have to deal with the noise or the smoky environment

self laundry

quieter option than mgm grand but still felt part of the casino as easy inside walk through

only thing i didn't like is that we had this huge kitchen with no utensils which i understand is probably because

no mini bar ,wine refrigerator (noisy). located far from the convention centers

the fact that this hotel is not on the strip and does not have a casino under it, is a huge plus for me

nice suite. quiet pool for the signature towers

it had a balcony, which was nice in the mornings and evening. the gym was also very nice.

liked the valet parking and the security of the hotel

this room is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and clean

the kitchen was fully stocked, so we were able to make a delicious meal of our own
