desk staff was rude, put us in a room not easily accessible due to having part of parking lot resurfaced even

breakfast was good. loved the waffle maker!

breakfast was small no waffle mix and not much to choose from

charged an extra fee for my pet without it being disclosed over the phone

only thing i can thing of is the pool was freezing cold but i dont know how much that could have been

the parking is close but i have limitations for the extra walking

too bad breakfast could not be offered as normal, but with covid it's understandable

sausage and gravy for breakfast.

we could hear every step our upstairs neighbors made and they had kids that ran around the room all evening

wish the parking lot was designed better, closer to main and side entrances

the lady that does the breakfast in the mornings is also very kind and so helpful

wonderful location, craft, antique shops in parking lot, mini golf for the kids in parking lot and a comedy

was pretty great, we stayed in the king room and spa

the location is perfect. they serve a wonderful breakfast. we will definitely be back!

only thing i needed a room that my husband would walk right in from the parking lot

biggest reason, they have a few pet friendly rooms for $20 extra per night

bedroom, blinds were too small for the window size, and it left gaps on the sides which faced the parking lot

the kitchen was perfect and well stocked except for no dish towels

the well equipped kitchen is also great

hot tub, steam room, gym and theatre are a great addition to the resort

we did not like the fitness center being on the property, the parking was congested.

hotel was easy to get to and had access to everything we needed, including laundry

couldn't use pool due to overwhelming of kids.

everything was great, friendly staff, great rooms, pool and hot tub were clean and open late, breakfast was

the sun come up while sitting in the hot tub, then drying off in front of the warm and cozy gas fireplace
