the most disappointing thing was the lack of wifi in our 3rd floor room

kids running around above us but not a hotel problem- more a lack of parental supervision

the pool lighting was dark so my kids wouldn’t swim in it.

from next door tub and sink plugs did not work receptionist was not masked i was not given wifi code at

moved to room 120 so it would quieter than by the laundry, but someone aloud a party to go on in 220 on sunday

we were charged $30 for the cat, but there was no mention of a pet fee when i booked the room.

then at 9pm power went off: no tv wifi lights

absolute kudos to all--- shuttle driver, front desk staff, room service, and those hardworking housekeepers

there were no laundry bags in the room, so i went to the front counter to ask for one

they provide room service promptly and with a smile

saw staff carrying all bedding to laundry which was comforting

extra towels, kitchen staples, toiletries, soap for the washer dryer, just every detail was considered

close to yellowstone. had laundry facilities. quiet.
