very clean and comfortable. staff was excellent. good parking and not noisy outside.

pool and spa in the pool area had a lot of bugs, hair and different floaties in there but that was

arriving in our room, my kids found a live bug in the bathroom and the tile floor was coming up and moved when

rented it for the spa in the room and then realized there was no hot water in the whole room

spa tub didn't stay on long, not sure if that was a setting

pool area was closed for construction which was inconvenient and noisy but also neccessary

just a little disappointed the pool was closed .

pet friendly policy never clearly stated any fee

nothing ready, and was told to have a seat and be patient, fitness room, not 1 item worked, room was just as

swimming pool water so cold.anything else all good.
