temperature of the swimming pool was cold & the shower water was boiling & we weren't able to adjust it

although there was a shower attachment, you couldn't have a proper shower. no wifi in the room.

fabulous dinner and first class breakfast

room was excellent big comfy bed and large duvet, the breakfast menu was extensive and the food delicious

would have been better if there was a pool to swim, a gym also, as hotel is remote, not much to do

the taps in the bathroom, hard to push up, if you had arthritis they would struggle i am sure, kids would find

we did ask it to be turned down which was done by reception via wifi to 20 degrees

wifi but it may have been issues with my computer

a hot tub, i prefer to be in surroundings that possibly surpass my own home (older, retired, no kids in tow

staff great, room spacious and lovely decor

the spa facilities with two hot tubs, heated outdoor pool and saunas was amazing

the grounds and scenery fantastic and the spa and pool just made it even better
