parking is tight

owner was nasty. poor lighting. not good room service. no ice machine. high pet charge.

came after the fact when we were getting ready to leave a asked for a pet deposit

the room was clean and what i expected. grounds are large and great for walking pets.

door opened directly outside to parking so we could watch our motorcycles

nice swimming pool, but no hot tub as advertised

the lady that came back and called the room phone at 11pm when the kids were sleeping and woke them up so i

they have a pool but it's empty

was only one bar of soap in the room which had two queen beds

free breakfast was hot, plentiful and with a side selection of other items also

staff was great. easy check in. had a hot breakfast. 15-20 min to devils lake.

right down to close parking the whole experience was great

could smell the chlorine from the pool from the front entrance

i loved the gym and pool/ whirlpool. i enjoyed complementary waters and variety of fresh fruits.

did not eat any meals, but the restaurant looked nice and the breakfast bar looked good.

they opened up the spa for me one evening

made the omelets with the wrong add-ins, we had to go to the bar for our silerware and drinks

like that when i got locked out of my king suit the guys didn t kick my kids out of the pool while i switched

24 hour pool. very large room, great configuration

limited [people staying at the hotel, 1 hour sessions per group], the pool was available for use

facility was taking appropriate measures to address covid related safety challenges (pool and laundry reservations

also, the hotel has a gym, pool, hot tub and kitchen

breakfast was very good.

not a dislike just a suggestion, you could add salt and pepper in kitchenette.

culvers had a great fish fry on friday and it was almost in the parking lot.

have a good restaurant next door bowling alley couple bars nearby bar in a restaurant near the dells near the

close to rv park family was staying at.

the gym wasn't too hot for working out either

pool was under either repair or construction but this was not listed on the site and was one main
