(no extra charge for them by the way which i thought was great) we missed breakfast as we chose to sleep in

the breakfast was also delicious every morning

was perfect except the kitchen could do with a larger pan, a cloth to wipe surfaces and / or some kitchen paper

also pet friendly with easy access if you re in the garden room

there was plenty of parking, (just up from the rooms and away from the road

large party of fellow guest totally dominated the bar area which was very unfortunate

bar is next to the entrance which is good but the atmosphere is not really cosy which is a pity

would have liked an iron in the room but there was a laundry service available

noisy bar just down the stairs, couldn’t sleep until 3a

some kitchen equipment needs checking - taps, hot plates, plug for sink. minor stuff.

furthermore, the fabulous outside garden, pool area, the historic building

a bigger family we preferred to cook for ourselves every night, and felt the kitchenette could benefit from a

view from our balcony, very clean throughout and all the staff were pleasant and helpful ample parking spaces
