if you want to explore porto, a shuttle is provided in morning and evening though and taxis are not very

breakfast, pool time, bar, dinner and all over the property the same set of songs over and over again

plus, the hotel provides free parking, which was a great bonus

the dinner options could be better, breakfast was amazing.

i would have expected more complimentary items in the mini bar given the room rate

no pool and poor wifi connection.

the staff were all pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed the food at dinner and at breakfast very much

it was a restored palace with beautiful rooms. it had two swimming pools which was great.

and service was superb with some thoughtful additions, such as the halloween cake and 6pm room service call with

maybe would of been better the rooftop bar was a pool

to be a 4 star hotel there is a lots of things missing , mainly room service

my room faced on a courtyard, had tall ceilings, a small kitchen, 2 tvs, a comfortable seating area and bed
