the swimming pool was closed (desoite the advertising billboard) on 2 days out of our 5 night stay, the water

at the beginning we faced with several problems (no wifi, no hot water) but the staff solved them very quickly

wifi connection is excellent

breakfast could be more varied.

the bar was a poorly stocked padlocked fridge - so not a place to hang out and relax

of all, we would like to thank every single member of staff (reception, security, kitchen, housekeeping,

the breakfast was amazing with fresh homemade food cooked by the staff, the cook came out of the kitchen all

everything. very friendly staff, the hotel is amazing, the breakfast very tasty.

i was traveling with my kids, and we all loved staying at santa cruz boutique hotel—especially enjoying the
