we can normally expect when travelling with a dog, and there was no extra charge for having a pet

excellent facilities, the grounds and pool area were impressive

pool is great, has a poolside bar facility and plenty of shady space too

wifi codes should be in room.. otherwise nothing

poor wifi in room. a little outside town

the gym is wonderful and the pottery and plants on display were beautiful

but have a look at the months when the pool area is open cuz when we went there it was

checking in with philip and my welcome drink to his charming father and the amazing hard working bar staff to

hotel seemed quiet but there is a bar downstairs which was good

hotel could use a small pool.

plus the bar doesn t open for coffee until a bit later with no tea/coffee facilities in the room

at dinner, the kitchen service was so poor that the waiter gave us another glass of wine as an apology

couldn t get a decent coffee, didn t appear to be available via room service

room sound proofing was not existing (could hear kids in adjacent room talking and shouting all the time)

when we woke up in the morning, there were many kids just going home past our hotel

spa is too small and needs a bit of investment plus i recommend make with bookings is max 2 people

hotel is such good value for money, it's adults only and the roof terrace adds so much to your stay there

the added luxury of having a spa bath in our room made for a lovely treat after all the walking of a city break

easy to access everything in city centre rooms were great - modern well furnished with a small kitchen too mostly

there was a very small kitchen in the room with a refrigerator

comfortable bed an bedding . early check-in and late check out

there were bags of dirty laundry all over the hallways, which made the whole place seem dirty

we had to go back later for better explanation around wifi password and other things

not located in the attractive center but still ok, accessible by walk. has wifi.

wifi does not work well, when i was booking it said they have bathtub but there was only shower

staff were super (roberto in reception and oscar in the bar were both brilliant help to us, as first time

i tried breakfast, great varieties of everything (eggs, meats, breads, fruit, drinks) it has gym and pool on

first room we were given was beautiful, but didn't have wifi
