the pool & jacuzzi , the beds big & comfy , friendly staff.

of connectivity to the wifi mouldy tiles in the bathroom outlook over the service alley which was described as

receptionist was so kind and even gave my kids an extra few minutes in the pool in the evening as the days were

i'm afraid it's a pet hate of mine which can so easily be rectified with some bleach & a scrubbing brush

kids loved the pool and our family suite was amazing

no designated parking at the hotel even for a 'luxury' room

there was a business seminar going on so felt a bit uncomfortable using the pool and sun loungers with lots of

staff very accommodating and the site is very well organised with sapant swimming pool

nice pools too and quiet environment

poor wifi, bad phone signal means no internet. this could be a positive.

the wifi didn t work - which the staff acknowledged but seemed resigned to do nothing about

the wifi didn't reach our room, however it worked well in the dining room of the hotel.
