about the property but our breakfast on first day wasn’t the best

breakfast an added extra at 10 if pre booked, 15 if not-expensive . no room service. noisy.

great location, comfy well appointed room, excellent breakfast.

they also allow early check in and check out which really helped for what we needed it for

was put in the master suite with air spa bath second stay food service and room impeccable

location really comfortable bed and brilliant bathroom best bit i missed breakfast because i do parkrun saturday

restaurant and bar in a great location with a large beer garden, friendly staff, quick service

there was only steps from the bar area down to the beer garden

frustrating when we wanted a relaxing night off from the kids etc

room service breakfast hot and delivered on time

beautiful building and nice pool to relax in

another lovely stay -we plan to use the spa next time

staff, room, leisure facilities (especially the pool) are great
