pool room heat didn't work

i m not a fan of carpets, but the carpet in my room was clean. could add fruit to breakfast.

breakfast no eggs, orange juice tasted bad

the breakfast some of the food was a little on the cold side, it was on the last day i saw i could have

the location was ideal, and the biscuits & gravy with the free breakfast were awesome!

the place was very clean and breakfast excellent.

pool was nice. the free breakfast was very good!

the room, in fact, the whole property was very clean. great hot breakfast.

it was nice to have the option to use the pool and the fitness center

no coffee initially at the breakfast bar

no close parking to the side of the building we were on.

our heater went out and we had to leave. was not switching rooms after unpacking three kids

the main reason i won't ever book there again is that when i booked it never mentioned having a pet fee (i did

much cold there was no fresh fruit and the coffee was cold i've never been charged a fee for a pet being with

swimming pool. pet friendly

the kids loved the pool and arcade

the pool was great for the kids. they had a great time. nice size and clean.

there wasn't any smoking rooms available

also all but 1 of the no smoking rooms were on the 2nd floor, would have been nice to have more on 1st floor

screws and every piece of plastic that was supposed to be white was yellow and they had the wrong wifi password
