just off times square, the staff were excellent, the room was well equipped and spotlessly clean, wifi worked

room service is included, stuff is friendly, well-educated

a peleton bike in the gym would have been perfect.

the gym also had a great selection of equipment

dont miss the rooftop bar

nothing to dislike. but maybe have the bar open a little later.

breakfast had very less options

loved the free breakfast and the comfortable rooms.

more than an hour for everything else to be set up, which was especially frustrating as the kids were exhausted

we just haven t stayed in the city before, or been to the city since we were kids with someone else

its free wifi but its only good for 4 gadgets. each room only offers 2 person free breakfast.

we asked for late check out and the hotel was fully booked, at check out time we moved to the penthouse stayed

i am sorry i didn't get to eat there but i was working at the bar late morning through lunch post check out

location was perfect. hotel rooms were big enough. good gym facilities.
