poor ventilation in casino, due to not doing anything about all the smoking

we lost in the casino!

add the lack of amenities, paying for wifi (which i've never had to do as a customer at any other hotel), and

the walk from the parking lot to the hotel was a little long for us, but we made it.

the spa tub was heaven

nice to have extra space since we were visiting our kids in college, plus bringing ourselves and our son in

the kids loved it

just wasnt 'clean', maybe the carpet is just old but it was dusty enough to set off sneezing

i didn t like the parking lot setup, but everything else was great!

price but offset by the pet fee that wasn t mentioned in the bookings description and comfort.

bed was pretty comfortable and i enjoyed the whirlpool tub in my room

don't offer room service for breakfast - i think the only time is evening

the rooms had no menus to order room service, or booklet about hotel amenities

great staff, breakfast, bar and rooms.

my smart phone was my room key, that gave me access to gym, pool, etc
